box features an end grain panel of Brazilian satinwood, purpleheart, honey locust,
nogal, red oak, blood-wood and wenge, in a beveled frame of wenge with holly accent.
The lift tab and lid-stay are ebony. The frame is cut at a compound mitre, so
there's extra room at the interior top, and the pattern shows through, as it's
solid wood. The tray has padded ring storage, and the bottom has removable dividers.
The case's mitres are reinforced with butterfly splines. Hinges are Italian brass
