All my pieces should have clickable "'buy" links taking you to my shopping cart server. There you have the opportunity to pay with a credit card (entering your card information via a secure SSL connection), or you can choose to use Paypal, or send me the details of your order and phone me your card information, or mail me a check. If you pay by card, you won't actually get charged until we charge you manually. If your schedule permits, I'll deduct 1% for payment by check, as it saves me credit card fees.

My mailing address is : 266 Shelburne Line Rd, Colrain, MA 01340, and phone is (413) 624-3048. The "in stock" designations are frequently updated, and so should be accurate, but occasionally we'll forget to mark something out of stock, or hide the buy button. I'll email,  usually within a day, if an item ordered shown as in stock is in fact not immediately available. In stock items paid by card  or Paypal will usually ship within 24 hours. Let me know if you need expedited shipping, and we'll go over options and extra cost.

All listed prices include ground shipping in the lower 48. We ship lots of work to APO addresses, including those far, far away.
 For orders of two or more pieces that can ship in the same box I'll make a reduction in total cost to reflect the actual reduced cost.
Those outside the continental U.S. will pay the difference between my cost of shipping to the West Coast, and to them. Shipping to the UK runs about $50-90 extra for the heaviest pieces, and about 10 extra for a ring box.
 International customers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes,  and we have no control over these charges.
We can personalize your box or cutting board., starting at about $12.

 I do lots of custom work. If you have a project in mind, send me an outline or give me a call. Custom pieces as fancy as my off-the-shelf-line will be more expensive, but I can make just about anything.

If you're not satisfied with a  stock  item , for any reason, you can return it at your expense for a refund of your full purchase price, minus my actual shipping cost to you, and my actual credit card fees.  If an item should prove defective, you may return it at my expense for either a full refund or replacement, your choice.  If you're unhappy with a custom item, please let me know, and I'll do my best to address your concern at little or no charge. All returns should be made within 10 days of receipt, but I'm reasonable about exceptions to this rule.

 I'm a friendly guy, and can usually hear the phone over the tablesaw (special ringer). One  beauty of the Internet is it lets people like you find and connect with people like me. I've devoted more than thirty years to becoming the best craftsman I can be.  I'm constantly innovating, refining, and innovating again.  I have constructed to make it easier for a broader audience to view and purchase my work, and the ability to sell direct to the consumer has allowed me to work in smaller batches, and pursue new ideas with speed and alacrity.
